Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and times vary depending on destination.

How long will shipping take?

  • Local orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders: 2–6 weeks depending on location and postal service.


Can I track my order?
Tracked shipping is available for an additional fee.

What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns/refunds only if items arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.

My order hasn’t arrived β€” what should I do?
Sometimes delays happen due to customs or postal services. Please allow extra time. If it’s been more than 8 weeks for international orders or 1 week for local orders, please contact us.

However, please note that if you did not opt for tracked mail, we are only able to provide you a photo of your package when they were mailed out. You will need to check with your postal services if it is with them.
